MY-1SD worm gear box

This series is a 90° partially rotary electric drive device. Suitable for ball valve, butterfly valve, plug valve, rotary ball valve and other valves. The box is made of precision casting, with novel style and beautiful appearance. Worm gear drive, worm gear pair self-locking, the use of conical roller bearing shaft, more flexible transmission, high efficiency. The material of worm gear can be selected according to the valve opening times and electric installation speed (ASTM A5365-45-12,QA15,D2) and other materials. The connecting part of worm gear and valve stem has two types of solid and internal nuts for customers to choose, and all flanges adopt ISO5211 international standard, which is more convenient to match with the valve. The base connection can also be customized according to customer needs, which is easy to use the damper. The docking part with Denso can choose ISO5211,JB2920-81 and other connection forms. The protection level is IP65, and IP68 can be achieved in special environments.
