MY-D worm gear box

This series is a 90° partially rotary electric drive device. Suitable for ball valve, butterfly valve, plug valve, rotary ball valve and other valves. The box is made of precision casting, with novel style and beautiful appearance. Worm gear drive, worm gear pair self-locking, the use of conical roller bearing shaft, more flexible transmission, high efficiency. The worm gear material can be selected according to the valve opening times and electrical speed (ASTM A536 65-45-12,0A15,D2) and other materials, the worm gear and the valve stem connection part has two types of solid and built-in nuts for customers to choose, the flange adopts ISO5211 international standard, and the valve is more convenient. The base connection can also be customized according to customer needs, which is easy to use the damper. The docking part with Denso can choose ISO5211,JB2920-81 and other connection forms. The protection level is IP65, and P68 can be achieved in special environments.
